RenameCollection()

This operation renames an existing collection.

Request Syntax

option := milvusclient.NewRenameCollectionOption(oldName, newName)

err := client.RenameCollection(ctx, option)

PARAMETERS:

• oldName (string)

  The old name.

• newName (string)

  The new name for the collection.

RETURN TYPE:

error

RETURNS:

Returns nil on success, or an error describing what went wrong.

EXCEPTIONS:

• error

  Check err != nil for failure details.
