At GTC 2026 (March), NVIDIA announced 17 leading software platforms adopting the Agent Toolkit: Adobe, Atlassian, Amdocs, Box, Cadence, Cisco, Cohesity, CrowdStrike, Dassault Systèmes, IQVIA, Red Hat, SAP, Salesforce, Siemens, ServiceNow, and Synopsys. Each is advancing enterprise and physical AI agents using the toolkit. Specific use cases include: Adobe deploying hybrid creativity and marketing agents; Salesforce enabling customers to build Agentforce service, sales, and marketing agents through Slack integration; SAP enabling Joule Studio agents on its Business Technology Platform; CrowdStrike embedding Falcon protection into managed detection and response agents; and IQVIA applying agents to clinical trial management.
These enterprises span industries including enterprise software, semiconductors, healthcare, cybersecurity, and industrial automation. The diversity reflects the toolkit’s broad applicability: customer service ticket resolution, semiconductor design, clinical trial orchestration, marketing campaign management, vulnerability analysis, and supply chain optimization. Early adopters report faster time-to-production and reduced operational costs compared to custom agent development.
For knowledge-intensive applications, enterprises are pairing the Agent Toolkit with vector databases like Milvus to ground agents in proprietary data. This enables agents to reason over customer databases, technical documentation, regulatory frameworks, and other enterprise knowledge bases while maintaining data privacy and security.
